Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
After you complete your assessment, a licensed provider reviews your information — typically within 24 hours. If treatment is determined appropriate and your prescription is issued, your order ships from a state-licensed compounding pharmacy with free 2-day shipping. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays; an order placed over a weekend begins review the next business day.
During periods of high demand, processing may take additional time. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment confirmation & order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Cypress Health LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Cypress Health LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
